V0.225 - Menu Overhaul!

Hi,

This is a little update adding in an options menu, this will allow you to change the quality settings to make it run better. I've disabled some effects that aren't used so it should run better on lower end machines. Given the visuals you think it would run better, but I don't really know how to optimise.

This update also adds in a pause menu and a revamp of all the menus because they look quite bad.

The tutorial is coming along well and it should be done by mid-February. I'd like to make some actual levels for the game but with Uni work I should prioritise my degree over this game.
